Management Responsibilities:
• Oversee overall clinic operations, including service workflow design, staff management, client experience optimization, and daily operational standards
• Establish acupuncture service systems in compliance with Canadian regulations and industry standards to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care
• Manage cost control, improve operational efficiency, and develop long-term business strategies
• Integrate standardized management practices with localized services to meet the healthcare needs of clients from diverse cultural backgrounds

Marketing & Partnerships:
• Lead brand development and market positioning in the Canadian local market, and plan and execute localized marketing strategies
• Develop partnerships with local medical clinics, wellness centers, insurance-related organizations, and community groups
• Plan and participate in health seminars, community outreach programs, and cross-industry collaborations to enhance brand visibility and community engagement
• Promote the recognition and integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture within Canada’s local and mainstream healthcare landscape
